Retraction: 17 May 2026
On 5 March 2026, RAD Faction published an article entitled “If Jailing is Failing, This is Too: The JRI ‘No Child Policy’”.
RAD Faction acknowledges that aspects of the article, comments, and related social media commentary may have been understood by some readers to convey false defamatory imputations including that Justice Reform Initiative deliberately excludes children and young people to protect and accommodate the participation of child sex offenders, knowingly exposes attendees to a risk of harm from convicted child sex offenders, deliberately conceals its attendance policies from the public, and silences women who are survivors of child sexual abuse.
RAD Faction retracts all statements that may have been understood to convey false defamatory imputations to readers and apologises to Justice Reform Initiative.
